About Bill

As owner and CEO of Interactive Process Technology Associates (IPTA), Bill leads the company’s efforts to deliver quality service to IPTA’s federal government and commercial clients including the Department of Defense, Department of the Air Force, Army Futures Command, the Federal Aviation Administration and others. From 2005 to 2015, Bill ran business development and operations for IPTA, leading to dramatic growth and the company’s selection to the Inc. Magazine “500|5000 List” as one of the fastest-growing private companies in America.

In 2015 Bill acquired IPTA and he and his dedicated team built IPTA into a highly successful technology integrator for the federal government with expertise in Agile, Cloud, data science, IT, and Cyber capabilities. In 2022 IPTA won the largest VETS2 GWAC task ever awarded, to provide IT support Services to the Army’s Aviation and Missile Command in Huntsville, AL.

Bill has launched multiple companies including Staffility.com where Government Contractors find and keep talent; as well as B2 Medical, a medical staffing firm specializing in temporary and full-time nursing and other medical talents.

Bill retired as a Lt. Col. from the United States Air Force after serving as an Acquisition Officer, ROTC Instructor, and liaison officer to the United States Air Force Academy. He holds a B.S. from the United States Air Force Academy and an M.B.A. in Entrepreneurial studies from Northeastern University.
